In it you'll find contact information, certification status, course registration history, teaching history, courses, etc. Everyone has a unique username and password to log into the system. If you're not sure what yours is, contact customer service for assistance.

Contact and Demographic Information

Using the Online Services portion of this Web site, you can update your contact and demographic information such as phone number, email address, mailing address, posted address, permission to post waiver, languages and ethnicity.

You are not able to change your name online. For name changes or corrections, please contact CPS customer service.

If the permission to post information box is checked (approved) and the individual is currently certified, the posted address information will appear when a user used the NHTSA Technician Locator or Safe Kids Find a Technician/Instructor search functions.

Action Items

Individuals also have several options available under Action Items. These items vary by registration level. Many will only be available if you are eligible (e.g. APPLY FOR INSTRUCTOR CANDIDACY) or if applicable (e.g. VIEW RECERTIFICATION EXAM RESULTS).
