SYSTEM DOWN APRIL 17 AND 18
Due to unexpected electrical work this weekend, the SAFE KIDS NSCPSTP online system is likely to be unavailable Saturday, April 17, and Sunday, April 18. This outage is temporary, and the system should be fully operational on Monday, April 19. Should anyone be unable to meet a deadline because of the outage, please contact Customer Service at 877-366-8154. We will certainly work with you to accommodate your needs the following week.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
The process for canceling a course has undergone a significant change. The online registration system means that canceling has more steps, more impact and associated costs. Because of this, SAFE KIDS must discourage all administrators from scheduling courses until adequate locations, students and resources are ensured. We understand that sometimes circumstances will arise that force the cancellation of a course. However, please help us keep program costs down by avoiding class cancellations.

PAPERWORK UPDATE
We have begun mailing responses to the large volume of past-due re-certification paperwork fowarded by AAA, as well as the new technician applications received from winter classes. The necessary manual processing of paperwork from the former system continues, and we anticipate that all paperwork will be processed by the end of the first week in May.
