This year, exhibit days will take place Wednesday, October 15 to Friday, October 17, 2008. Setup will be on Wednesday at noon.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to network with more than 600 coalition coordinators and members, as well as representatives from our 16 member countries.

These leaders in injury prevention are excited to find new products, resources and partners to extend their impact in the community.

The exhibit area is located in an area of maximum visibility – near registration, plenaries, luncheons and breakout sessions. As an exhibitor you will also have the opportunity to give away product information and small promotional items at your booth.

Registration fees include: One exhibit space consisting of a six-foot table with 2 chairs, suitable for a tabletop display with a backdrop, with an eight-foot height limitation. There are a limited number of eight-foot tables with a twelve-foot height limitation for an additional $100.00 Registration fees do not include: Electricity, AV, internet, shipping or delivery of boxes from the Hyatt. These services may be purchased for an additional fee.
