East Coast Operations Manager, Safe Kids Buckle Up

Alexis manages the Safe Kids Buckle Up program for all U.S. coalitions east of the Mississippi and provides support to five states within the field department.

Based in Florida, Alexis serves as a liaison between the Safe Kids Buckle Up department, the national office, state and local coalitions, and program sponsors. Her main objectives are to cultivate, strengthen, and build long-lasting relationships with coalitions, sponsors, lead agencies, and partners. Additionally, she manages the SKBU grant website that serves as a comprehensive management tool for its grantees.

Prior to joining Safe Kids Worldwide, Alexis served as a local coalition coordinator for 10 years and coordinated a statewide traffic safety resource center for four years.

Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in youth and child administration from Nova Southeastern University.
