CPS Certification Coordinator

J.J. manages the national Child Passenger Safety certification database, is the primary liaison with the customer service contractor, provides direct customer support to the CPS certification program clients, manages all instructor candidacy application processing and provides technical answers to child passenger safety questions from parents, clinicians and certified technicians. 

Prior to this position, J.J. was the coordinator of the D.C. Safe Kids car seat inspection station from 2002 to 2006. He has been involved in CPS since 2000 and has been a certified CPS technician instructor since 2003.

He holds a B.S. degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
