Safe Kids Participates in Safety 2010 World ConferenceSafety 2010 is a major world conference bringing together stakeholders in the prevention of unintentional injuries and violence from around the world to debate, discuss and exchange information and experiences. Safe Kids Worldwide’s global members will be representing our network through their participation in the Safety 2010 conference. Representatives from the Safe Kids Worldwide network will present best practices and expert knowledge of unintentional childhood injury prevention with other conference participants. The 2010 conference is being organized by the WHO Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention at the Centre for Public Health, Liverpool John Moores University and is co-sponsored by the World Health Organization. The Department of Health, The Health Protection Agency and the Department of Children, Families and Schools in England are also supporting the conference.
