Latest NewsSafe Kids South Africa Partners with Clicks StoresMarch 12, 2012 Child injuries continue to be one of the greatest threats to children growing up in South Africa. Clicks Group Limited, a health and beauty retail supply chain in South Africa, collaborated with Childsafe/Safe Kids South Africa on a child safety campaign for the 2011 holiday season to address this issue. The aim of the campaign was to increase awareness on child injury prevention by specifically targeting Clicks’ customers with simple and positive child safety messages. The campaign was launched took place during December 2011 to January 2012, engaging all Clicks stores across the country; Clicks has 590 stores across Southern Africa. In partnership with Childsafe, Clicks designed and produced in-store hanging mobiles and posters which displayed safety messages, and made live announcements on the in-store radio. The campaign has already received positive feedback and has reached a wide audience through the Clicks stores.
