Luyuan recalled its X-Pro Eagle 40cc Youth ATVs and FRP Sahara 40cc Youth ATVs because they violate the mandatory ATV safety standard. The youth ATVs’ mechanical suspension fails to comply with safety requirements, posing a crash hazard. Additionally, the handlebars pose a laceration hazard, if the child rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars at high speed. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death. Units: About 2,290.
Sanven Technology recalled its Vevor Ice Crushers because the ice crusher can experience a thermal event and ignite, posing a fire hazard. Units: About 11,650 (an additional ~1,060 in Canada).
The YCXXKJ Baby Bath Seats, sold on Amazon by BenTalk, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for infant bath seats because they are unstable and can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to drowning. Units: About 8,960.
Sanven Technology recalled its VEVOR Garment Steamers because they can leak or spit hot water, posing a risk of serious burn injury to users and bystanders. The water tank cap can also leak or detach during use, exposing users to hot water. Units: About 2,840.
The Infant Walkers, sold on Amazon by Uuoeebb, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for infant walkers because they can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a deadly fall hazard. In addition, the infant walkers have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child's head can become entrapped, posing a risk of serious injury or death. Units: About 2,650.
The Children’s Little Mermaid Costumes, sold on Amazon by SKCAIHT, because they contain a prohibited phthalate, which violates the federal phthalates ban. Phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Units: About 1,300.
Primark recalled its Little Bear 2-pack Soother Clip because the wooden button on the soother clips can come off, exposing a sharp screw, which can pose choking and laceration hazards. Units: About 1,330.
TREK recalled its Model Year 2026 Trek-branded Domane+ ALR 5, Domane+ ALR 6 AXS, Checkpoint+ SL 6 and Checkpoint+ SL 7 Electric Bicycles because the bolts on the chainring can come loose, causing the chainring to separate from the bike, resulting in a fall or crash hazard to the user. INIU recalled its BI-B41 Power Banks because the lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers. Units: About 210,000.
The Writing Tablet Toys, sold on Amazon by KTEBO, has been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for toys because the screw used to secure the battery compartment that contains a button cell battery does not remain attached as required. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death. Units: About 10,380.
The Cubimana Treehouse Building Toy Sets, sold on Shein by Vatos Toys, has been recalled because they violate the mandatory safety standard because the battery compartment within the LED light piece contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death. Units: About 40.
The Crib Bumpers, sold by Little Pea Shop, have been recalled because they violate the federal crib bumper ban because they can obstruct an infant’s breathing, posing a risk of serious injury or death, due to suffocation. This creates an unsafe sleeping environment for infants. Padded crib bumpers are banned by the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. Units: About 300.
Ningbo Tianqi Electronic recalled its FUFU&GAGA White Wood Frame Queen Size Murphy Wall Beds because, during assembly or disassembly, the 215-pound frame of the wall bed can fall onto consumers, posing deadly impact, crush, and laceration hazards. Units: About 250.
The 13-Drawer Dressers, sold on Amazon by Casaottima, have been recalled because they are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in a risk of serious injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory standard as required by the STURDY Act. Units: About 4,120.
HydroJug recalled its 14-ounce Children’s Sport Tumbler because the rivets on the handle can come loose, causing the handle to detach, posing a choking hazard for children. Units: About 17,000.
CreateOn recalled its Crayola-branded pip-Cubes because the magnetic building cubes contain magnets that can become loose if the seams separate, posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death. Units: About 9,400.
Primark US recalled its Water Balloon Pumps because they can generate excessive pressure during use, causing the product to rupture, posing a risk of physical injury to the user or bystanders. Units: About 3,170.
McLee Creations recalled its MyOnlyStyler Root Booster Hair Dryers because the hair dryers lack an immersion protection device, which presents a substantial product hazard to consumers, posing the risk of death or serious injury from electrocution or shock if the hair dryers fall into water while plugged in. Units: About 740.
The Children’s and Youth Helmets, sold by Outdoor Master, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets. Particularly, the helmets do not comply with the positional stability and coverage requirements. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a risk of injury or death due to head injury. Units: About 24,300.

In addition, a child’s head can become trapped in the opening between the seat and tray, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Units: About 130.
The Sofoliana and Glotika Baby Loungers, sold on Amazon by Bosen US, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products. The sides are too low to contain an infant and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards to infants. In addition, the baby loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. Units: About 200.
The Safety Gates, sold on Amazon by Ikuso, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for expansion gates and expandable enclosures because a child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate slat and the side wall, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment. The Fabric 12- and 13-Drawer Dressers, sold on Amazon by Romorgniz, have been recalled because they are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The Magnet Fidget Spinner Sets, sold on Amazon by Anzmtosn, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for toys because the sets contain loose magnets, posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death. Units: About 490.
Demlar recalled its MoonSoll and Magic Chems Fuel Bottles because they violate the federal safety standard for portable fuel containers because they lack flame mitigation devices required by the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act, posing a deadly risk of flash fire. The fuel containers also fail to meet the federal safety regulation for deceptive disclaimers required by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) because they claim the contents are “Non-Toxic.” Units: About 18,200.
The Children’s Pajama Sets, sold on Amazon by Mallimoda, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of serious injuries or deadly burn hazard to children. Units: About 2,100.

Tesla recalled certain Powerwall 2 AC Battery Power System because the lithium-ion battery cells can cause the unit to stop functioning during normal use, which can result in overheating and, in some cases, smoke or flame and can cause death or serious injury due to fire and burn hazards. Units: About 10,500.
The Toddler Sleep Sacks with Feet, sold on Zigjoy, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear, posing a burn hazard and risk of serious injury or death to children. Units: About 700.
Belkin recalled its Portable Power Banks and Wireless Charging Stands because the lithium-ion battery in the power banks and charging stands can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers. Units: About 83,500 (an additional ~2,386 in Canada).
Great Lakes Wholesale International recalled its Button Cell and Coin Batteries because they are not in child-resistant packaging and do not bear the warning labels required under Reese’s Law. If a child swallows button cell or coin batteries, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death. Units: About 32,600.
Trek recalled its Bicycles with Coaster Brakes and Replacement Rear Wheels with Coaster Brakes because the brakes can fail to engage, resulting in the rider losing control, posing a crash hazard. Units: About 68,000 (an additional ~6,820 in Canada).
The Zippee Silicone Activity Toys, imported by Mobi Games, have been recalled because they contain spherical ends that can reach the back of the throat, posing a serious choking hazard to children. Units: About 117,500 (an additional ~25,786 in Canada).
The Bettina Doll Sets, sold on Amazon by Shantou Chenghai Xingzigu Toy Industry, have been recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for toys because the battery compartment of the unicorn contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death. Units: 380.
The Criblike Mattresses, sold on Amazon by Mengna, have been recalled because the aftermarket mattresses violate the mandatory standard for crib mattresses, as the mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards or non-full-sized cribs, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies can suffocate in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of a product, especially when the infant’s face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing. The non-full-sized crib mattress also fails to meet the mandatory standard for mattress set flammability.
The Plush Alpaca Toys, imported by Inkari, have been recalled because they are intended for children under three years of age and the eyes can detach, which violates the small parts ban, posing a choking hazard to children. Units: About 64,000.
Sanven Technology recalled its Vevor Baby Swings because the swings were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, violating the mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products and the ban on inclined sleepers under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act, posing a deadly suffocation risk. The Persilux Brand Zebra Blinds, sold on Amazon, have been recalled because the long operating cords that can cause death or serious injury to children, due to strangulation and entanglement hazards. Units: About 133,000.
The Autoez Brand Bamboo Shades, sold on Walmart, have been recalled because the shades have long operating cords and accessible inner cords that can cause death or serious injury to children, due to strangulation and entanglement hazards. Units: About 550.
Mad Rabbit recalled its “RELIEVE” Numbing Cream because the cream contains lidocaine, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The numbing cream’s packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning, if the contents are swallowed by young children.
AMTRADING recalled its Hoovy Cooling Gel Insert Pads for Car Seats and Strollers because the cooling gel pads can become hot if left in the sun or a hot car, posing a burn hazard to young children. Units: About 20,000.
