Mr. O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien is a crossing guard at Scenic Hills Elementary School. He has held this position for over five years but recently has had to take a break from being a crossing guard because he has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Mr. O'Brien has always struggled with health related issues but the cancer has ultimately made him extremely weak but despite the struggles he is encountering, he plans on returning to his crossing guard duty once he is healthy.

For this reason, Mr. O'Brien deserves recognition for being an amazing crossing guard who believes protecting children and ensuring their safety is the most important thing possible.
