December 17, 2015 CPSC: Ace Bayou is voluntarily recalling its bean bag chairs because zippers on the chairs can be opened by children who can then crawl inside, get trapped and suffocate or choke on the chair’s foam beads. This recall was originally announced in August, 2014 and is now being reannounced due to a low rate of consumer response. Units: 2.2 million.
December 10, 2015 CPSC: Dollar Tree is voluntarily recalling its Assured burn relief gel because the packaging is not child resistant. The gel contains lidocaine, posing a poisoning risk if swallowed. Units: 325,000

December 15, 2015 CPSC: Lithonia Lighting is voluntarily recalling its JHBL LED light fixtures because parts can break and allow the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from impact. Units: 6,500
December 15, 2015 CPSC: Kawasaki is expanding its voluntary recall of Teryx and Teryx4 recreational off-highway vehicles (ROV) because sticks or other debris can break through the vehicle’s floor board and protrude into the foot rest area, posing an injury hazard to the operator and front passenger. Units: 19,500, an additional 11,000 were recalled for the same hazard in July 2014, 7,000 vehicles were recalled for a different hazard in August 2012.
