Customer Service Associate

As the day-to-day customer service associate at Safe Kids, Theresa responds to incoming emails and phone calls from the entire Safe Kids community, including partners, coalitions, child passenger safety technicians, and families. In addition, she is responsible for the Child Passenger Safety course and recertification registration, billing, and payment processing. Theresa has more than 10 years of customer service experience covering several industries, including health care, education, security, and property management.
