Wardell Bonner

Certification Senior Customer Service Associate

Wardell is the Senior Customer Service Representative for the Certification program. His job includes application and payment processing, working directly with CPS technicians, instructors and “techs-to-be,” and being the “go to” for any questions about the program. Wardell worked in the Safe Kids New York Office for more than 15 years before making his way to the Washington office. As a newly certified technician, he will continue to help his community at checkup events and inspection stations.
