September 29, 2015 CSPC: Thirteen manufacturers are voluntarily recalling bicycles equipped with front disk brakes and quick release levers. On the front wheel of the bike, the open release lever may touch the front disc brake rotor causing the wheel to stop or detach. This poses a risk of falling and serious injury to the rider. September 16, 2015 NHTSA: Recaro Child Safety is voluntarily recalling its ProRIDE and Performance Ride child seats because the top tether anchorage can detach from the seat posing increased risk of injury to the child and other car occupants. Units: 173,000.

September 30, 2015 CSPC: Shivvers is voluntarily recalling Country Clipper Lawn Mowers because the fuel tank can leak posing a fire hazard. Units: 450.
September 29, 2015 CSPC: Ross Procurement is voluntarily recalling Rattan Arm Chairs, sold exclusively at Ross Stpres, because the chair may tip or slide backwards causing a fall hazard. Units: 560.
September 29, 2015 CSPC: Chewbeads is voluntarily recalling its Pacifier Clips because they can break, allowing beads to detach, and posing a choking hazard. Units: 50,900 in the US and Canada.
September 29, 2015 CSPC: Calphalon is voluntarily recalling pizza wheel pizza cutters because the handle can detach while in use and pose a laceration hazard. Units: 336,300 in the US and Canada.
September 29, 2015 CSPC: Madewell is expanding its recall of women’s sandals because the metal shaft of the sandal can knock loose and break through the bottom of the sole, posing a fall hazard. Units: 51,173 in the US and Canada.
September 24, 2015 CSPC: Pride Family Brands, Inc is voluntarily recalling Destination Summer Hammock Stands, sold exclusively at Bed, Bath & Beyond, because the attached hooks may break during use and pose a fall hazard. Units: 13,955 US and Canada.
September 24, 2015 CSPC: Rainbow Play system is voluntarily recalling Plastic Yellow Trapeze rings because the rings can crack or break during use, posing a fall and injury hazard to children. Units: 133,000 US, Canada and Mexico.
September 24, 2015 CSPC: Wishbone Design is voluntarily recalling Recycled Edition Bikes because the handlebars can pinch fingers and pose an injury hazard. Units: 5,000 in and outside the US.
September 24, 2015 CSPC: Fujitsu America is voluntarily recalling battery packs for the Fujitsu Notebook computers because the battery packs can overheat and pose a fire hazard. Units: 305 in the US and Canada.
September 23, 2015 CSPC: CleggPromo is voluntarily recalling CPB-100 Power Banks because the power bank may overheat, possibly catch fire and explode. Units: 1,500.
September 17, 2015 CSPC: Zak Designs is voluntarily recalling its 26-ounce water bottles, sold exclusively at Target Stores, because the plastic straw in the flip top of the cap can break off and pose a choking hazard. Units: 178,000.
September 17, 2015 CSPC: The Land of Nod is voluntarily recalling child crib mobiles because the yarn holding the sheep figures can unravel and detach, thus posing an entanglement and strangulation hazard for young children. Units: 400.
September 16, 2015 CSPC: Bradshaw International is voluntarily recalling Jumbo roasting pans because the roaster rim is incorrectly finished and can have sharp edges, posing a laceration hazard. Units: 146,000.
September 10, 2015 CSPC: Philips is voluntarily recalling Halogen Bulbs because the lens can fall and shatter posing both a burn and laceration hazard. Units: 370,000
September 10, 2015 CSPC: Juratoys is voluntarily recalling Sardines Fishing Game and Starfish Fishing Game because the small plastic worm at the end of the fishing line can be removed. The small piece poses a choking hazard to children. Units: 14,200
September 10, 2015 CSPC: Touchless Kitchen Faucets is voluntarily recalling Glacier Bay and Schӧn kitchen faucets because the battery used for the faucet’s sensor may overheat and/or melt, posing both a fire and burn hazard. Units: 4,500

September 8, 2015 CSPC: IKEA is voluntarily recalling the VYSSA SPELEVINIK crib mattress because it fails to meet the federal open flame standard and poses a fire hazard. This mattress was recalled in January and May of 2015 because of entrapment hazards. Units: 38,400

September 3, 2015 CSPC: Prestone Products is recalling its Windshield De-Icer and Ice & Frost Shield because the trigger spray assembly lacks proper child resistant nozzle. Children may gain access to the product by removing the trigger assembly, posing a risk of poisoning by its ingredients methanol and ethylene glycol. Units: 4.1 million
