9/26/2013 FDA: Safeway is voluntarily recalling six varieties of Angel Food Cakes due to undeclared milk and soy ingredients.

9/23/13 FDA: W.S. Badger Company is voluntarily recalling SPF 30 Baby Sunscreen Lotion and SPF 30 Kids Sunscreen Lotion because of microbial contamination. Microbial is a minute life form; a microorganism, especially a bacterium that causes disease.

9/21/2013 FDA: Garden Fresh Foods, Inc. is voluntarily recalling a number of ready-to-eat salads, slaw, and dip products sold by various brands due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can be especially dangerous for young children and those with weak immune systems.

9/19/2013 FDA: Wegmans Food Markets is voluntarily recalling Wegmans brand Apple Cinnamon Mini Muffins for undeclared soy ingredients.
Number of Products: 4,327

9/19/2013 CPSC: The Land of Nod is voluntarily recalling select styles of bed frames due to openings in the headboard and footboard where children may get stuck.
Number of Products: 1,500

9/19/2013 CPSC: DENY Designs is voluntarily recalling Baroque and Quatrefoil Magnet Boards because the board can separate from the backing, posing a risk of injury if the board falls.
Number of Products: 82

9/16/2013 FDA: Semifreddi’s Inc. is voluntarily recalling Almond Biscotti due to undeclared milk and soy ingredients.
Number of Products: 354

9/12/2013 NHTSA: Dorel Juvenile Group is voluntarily recalling Safety 1st child restraint seats because the rear facing belt path installation arrows are incorrect and could result in the seat being installed incorrectly. Eddie Bauer Deluxe 3-in-1 convertible models were also involved. Number of Products: 89,000

9/11/2013 CPSC: Hatchette Book Group is voluntarily recalling children’s books because small beads and sharp metal on the cover can detach and pose choking and laceration hazards. Number of Products: 70,000

9/12/2013 CPSC: Gree is voluntarily recalling 12 Brands of Dehumidifiers due to serious fire and burn hazards that occur when the dehumidifier overheats. Number of Products: 2.2 million

9/10/2013 CPSC: Be Amazing! Toys is voluntarily recalling Monster Science Growing Spiders water-absorbing polymer balls because they can be mistaken for candy and ingested by children causing life threatening intestinal obstructions. Number of Products: 26,500

9/12/2013 FDA: Dutch Valley Food Distributors is voluntarily recalling Honey Roasted Peanuts due to undeclared milk and wheat ingredients.

9/11/2013 FDA: Schwebel Baking Company is voluntarily recalling Golden Rich Buns with Honey due to undeclared eggs. Number of Products: 18,979

9/11/2013 CPSC: Cambridge Metal & Plastics is voluntarily recalling motorcycle training wheels because bolts and nuts securing the wheel can loosen and cause the rider to lose control, posing a crash hazard. Number of Products: 4,000

9/9/2013 FDA: Talenti Gelato is voluntarily recalling German Chocolate Cake Gelato Pints due to undeclared almonds.

9/9/2013 FDA: Bubbles Baking Co. is voluntarily recalling Blueberry Muffin and Blueberry Loaf Cake due to undeclared milk and soy allergen. Number of Products: 9,229

9/6/2013 FDA: McNeil is voluntarily recalling MOTRIN® Infants’ Drops Original Berry Flavor due to tiny plastic particles identified in the product.  Number of Products: 200,000

9/6/2013 FDA: General Mills is voluntarily recalling Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls because the dough may contain fragments from a broken piece of plastic on the production line.

9/5/2013 FDA: Chobani Inc. is voluntarily recalling Greek Yogurt due to reports of product bloating and swelling and some claims of illness as the company continues its investigation to identify the root cause.
