January 2015 Children's Product Recalls
Safe Kids is committed to keeping you informed about recalls of products which can put kids at risk. The Safe Kids’ recall center is a unique place parents and caregivers can go to see recalls of all products in a kid’s environment. While it is important to stay aware of all recalls, Safe Kids urges you to pay particular attention to ones in red, as they are associated with one or more deaths.(There is not one in this report.)
Food Recalls
Safe kIds also tracks food product recalls. Starting this month you can view and download a copy of federal food recalls. We are making this change because many parents and caregivers are particularly concerned about product recalls, and bunching them together diminishes the prominence of those products. But food recalls are important as well, so we are making this handy download that you can check every month.
