This report includes hoverboards and scooters with battery packs that pose fire and explosion hazards, and rare-earth magnets that pose serious injury hazards to children who swallow them.

August 26, 2021 CPSC; Ryan and Rose recalled its Children’s Eating Utensils because their handles can break off releasing small parts and posing a choking hazard for young children. Units: About 17,750 (an additional 110 sold in Canada).

August 25, 2021 CPSC; Wee Gallery recalled its Ocean Tray Puzzles because their pieces can break, posing a choking hazard to young children. Units: About 7,600 (an additional 550 sold in Canda).

August 25, 2021 CPSC; Razor USA recalled its Hovertrax 2.0 Self-Balancing Scooters/Hoverboards with GLW Battery Packs because their lithium-ion battery packs can overheat, posing a risk of products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding. Units: About 237,300.

August 19, 2021 CPSC; Frieyss recalled its infant bath seats because they fail to meet the federal safety standard for infant bath seats, including requirements for stability and leg openings, and can tip over while in use, posing a drowning hazard to babies. Units: About 120.

August 18, 2021 CPSC; Nordstrom recalled its Tucker & Tate children socks because their pom pom can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Units: About 370

August 18, 2021 CPSC; Primark recalled its 8-Pack Scent Stamper Pens because they contain elevated levels of benzyl alcohol, posing a risk of skin irritation. Units: About 9,500.

August 18, 2021 CPSC; TJX recalled its Swivel Counter Stools because they can break or collapse, posing fall and injury hazards. Units: About 4,300.

August 18, 2021 CPSC; Marin Mountain Bikes recalled its 2021 Model Year MARIN Mountain Bicycles because their bottom bracket can break in use, causing the user to lose control and posing fall/crash hazards. Units: About 2,100 (an additional 875 sold in Canada).

August 18, 2021 CPSC; Hallmark recalled its Teether Rings with Decorative Fabric and Plush Attachments because their finished wooden ring can break into small parts, posing a choking hazard. Units: About 15,500 (an additional 1,200 sold in Canada).

August 17, 2021 CPSC; Zen Magnets LLC recalled its Zen Magnets and Neoballs Magnets because swallowed the magnets can attract to each other or another metal object, becoming lodged in the digestive system and resulting in perforations, twisting and/or blockages of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death. Units: About 10 million magnets, sold individually and in magnet sets.

August 12, 2021 CPSC; Suellen Roosevein recalled its YOH Super Soft Purple Rugs because they fail to meet federal flammability standards for carpets and rugs, posing a fire hazard. Units: About 100.

August 12, 2021 CPSC; Rossignol recalled its All Track DH Bicycles because the head tube can crack causing the frame to fail and front wheel to separate unexpectedly from the rest of the bicycle, posing a fall hazard to riders. Units: About 150 (an additional 24 sold in Canada).

August 12, 2021 CPSC; Pacapet recalled its Fluffy Pink Area Rugs because they fail to meet federal flammability standards for carpets and rugs, posing a fire hazard. Units: About 700.

August 12, 2021 CPSC; And Beyond recalled its Andecor Girls Soft Tye Dye Area Rugs because they fail to meet federal flammability standards for carpets and rugs, posing a fire hazard. Units: About 375.

August 4, 2021 CPSC; Shanghai Worth Garden Products recalled its True Living Sling Loungers because they can collapse unexpectedly, posing amputation, laceration and pinching hazards. Units: About 155,000.

August 4, 2021 CPSC; New Widetech recalled dehumidifiers sold under multiple brand names because they can overheat and catch fire, posing fire and burn hazards. Units: About 2 million (an additional ~380,000 sold in Canada and ~25,000 in Mexico).
