This report includes 2 types of youth all-terrain vehicles failing to meet mandatory safety requirements and jogging strollers with front wheels that can detach posing fall and injury hazards.

October 13, 2021 CPSC; Specialized Bicycle Components recalled its Tarmac SL7 Bicycles and Framesets because the bicycle’s fork steerer tube can crack or break after harsh impact such as hitting a deep pothole or other stress event, posing fall and injury hazards to riders. Units: About 6,900.

October 7, 2021 CPSC; Joovy recalled its Zoom 360 Ultralight Jogging Strollers because their front wheel bearing can fail or detach, posing a fall and injury hazard. Units: About 9,200.

October 6, 2021 CPSC; ElliptiGO recalled its Arc Model Stand-Up Bicycles because their frame can break while riding, posing fall and injury hazards to the rider. Units: About 3,800 (an additional 31 sold in Canada).

October 6, 2021 CPSC; Hobby Lobby recalled its White Wood Stools because they can break during use, posing fall and injury hazards. Units: About 14,000.

September 29, 2021 CPSC; Luyuan recalled its Youth All-Terrain Vehicles because they do not comply with federal mandatory ATV safety standard requirements, including maximum speed limitations and other mandatory safety requirements for vehicles intended for children under 10 years of age, posing a risk of serious injury or death to children. Units: About 6,850

September 29, 2021 CPSC; Venom Motorsports recalled its Youth Model All-Terrain Vehicles because they do not meet mandatory safety requirements, including speed restrictions, posing a risk of serious injury or death. The ATVs were also distributed in the US without a CPSC-approved ATV Action Plan. Units: About 500.

September 29, 2021 CPSC; Kohl’s recalled its SONOMA Goods For Life Branded Ultimate Oversized Antigravity Chairs because they can break of collapse when weight is applied, posing a fall hazard. Units: About 31,000.

September 29, 2021 CPSC; Macy’s recalled its Martha Stewart Collection Oil & Vinegar Cruets because the glass portion of the cruet can break during use, posing a laceration hazard. Units: About 26,150.
